Lions Club Members attend their Business Meeting the second Wednesday of each month. Dinner Meetings are held the fourth Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm for 7:00pm. Social events, open to members of other Lions Clubs, prospective members are held on Wednesdays.
The venue for both Business and Dinner Meetings is Runaway Bay Tavern. Visiting members of service clubs and prospective members are welcome at our Dinner Meetings and social events.
Runaway Bay is coastal suburb located on the northern reaches of the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. The development of Runaway Bay started in 1972 to transform the subdivision into a residential and boating area. The name "Runaway Bay" was coined to promote the area as a tranquil retreat.
